Trade Show Exhibit Display Booths

Help with a Halloween display?!?!?!?

Every year, our town puts on "Goblins in the Park". It's a one-stop trick-or-treat stop for our kids. We have about 1500 kids come through each year. My husband is the local Chief of Police and we do a booth each year. We are going to build a jail cell with a real life Joker inside. Now, I just need some more ideas to decorate it. We want it creepy, but not too scary. Please Help!!

1. You need the desk, a lamp, and some bars around. Maybe do a tent and pain them inside it? Have the Joker sitting in the chair with his hands folded. Have big, exaggerated bolts on the door. Keep it simple.
