Trade Show Exhibit Display Booths

What's the best trade show booth?

I am going to be exhibiting at a trade show in Chicago and I need to buy a new booth. Does anyone have any recommendations? thanks

  1. There are many types of exhibits you can use in your booth space. The determining factor behind choice will be the size of your space and if you need things such as shelves, storage, computer/monitor shelves, etc. It may be that you want a table-top exhibit instead of a floor standing one. Some low-cost, easy to carry/ship solutions are called banner stands (see 1st link below). Another option for a bigger presence is a popup display (see 2nd link). The popups are the most commonly used (I exhibit all over the US at tradeshows about once a month). A counter/podium needs to be considered as well since you will need something to write on and/or present your marketing collateral on. Remember to order color-coordinated carpet and include padding (especially if the event is more than two days). Your booth staff will thank you. You will likely need to order electrical service since you'll probably need to plug in a computer or exhibit lights. These things are ordered from the event services company overseeing the event you're attending. I hope this helps. Good luck.
