Trade Show Exhibit Display Booths

How many cupcakes would you bring?

I'm in the process of getting ready for a few crafts shows where I will have a booth selling my cupcakes. I'm unsure how much product to bring. I will have the cupcakes in both a box of 6 and a display of the cupcakes to be purchased one at a time. The attedence last year for the three I have coming up were 4,000 10,000 and 20,000. So how many cupcakes would you bring to be sure you didn't run out?

6. If there will be other food vendors there, I would bring 15% of the expected attendance. If you are the only food vendor, then expect to sell more.
