Trade Show Exhibit Display Booths

Cost to display at a Bridal Show?

Can someone please tell me approx. how much does it cost to have a booth at a Bridal Show? I know it depends on where its held, etc.. but if you can give me a rough estimate. Also, if you have any tips on how to draw customers into my booth, what to have in my booth, etc.. Thanks!

  1. I'M NOT TO SURE HOW TO ANSWER THIS BUT IF IT'S ANYTHING LIKE A FASHION SHOW IT WILL PRICE ANYWHERE FROM TWO TO THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS , I SAY THAT AS PRICE RANGE BECAUSE THAT HOW MUCH I SPENT FOR MY EX TO GO AND VIEW ONE!
  2. unfortunately i can't give you a rough estimate because it varies such a big amount. in terms of getting people to your booth i would try something like a raffle. nothing gets people to stop more than the chance of getting something free!
  3. I suggest you search on line for bridal shows in your area, start with the wedding websites. Most have a website with a section for vendors which lists booth costs and any non-refundable registration fees. As for attracting customers to your booth, try to partner with a local bridal store, wedding photographer or any other "wedding vendor" who has brick and mortar store. Ask if you can put flyers in their store and maybe you could display some of their flyers at your booth. Make sure these are non-competing companies for your sales efforts. Good Luck!
  4. That really depends on a few factors. Cost of the tables are $200-$1000. Then theres the promo material and your display. I would need to know alittle bit more of your biz to help you more. I do have a yahoo group for wedding pros and these are things we discuss often. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BridalConsulting101/ we would love to have you there and guide ya. :)
